My passion for health and interest in wellness modalities fuels my philosophy of exploring different avenues to find the perfect fit for life.
I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), yoga instructor, and certified aromatherapist based in New York City. I received my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Syracuse University and completed my dietetic internship at The College of Saint Elizabeth. I have experience working with individuals and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds, including adolescents and pregnant women.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at OM Yoga with Cyndi Lee, Frank Mauro, Edward Jones, and Joe Miller and my 300-hour advanced teacher training at Yogamaya with Stacey Brass-Russell, Bryn Chrisman, and Anna Greenberg. I also trained with Shakti Assouline in yoga nidra.
I help my clients address their health concerns while maintaining and encouraging a healthy relationship with food and physical activity. Utilizing the whole-body approach, I look at overall lifestyle and work holistically and therapeutically. Specializing in plant-based nutrition and mindful eating, I have helped new and lifelong vegetarians find and maintain good health by offering support with food and wellness practices.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, immersing myself in other cultures, and baking delicious sweets.
